Clearing out a backlog

I played a bunch of the game on the flight to SF, and on the BART ride home. I also clocked in another hour or so at home. So now I have a bunch of backlog to clear out! I also don't quite recall where the chapter breaks between 3 and 4 are now. I'll have to update the puzzle list later when I do a second run-through of the game (already I am missing some puzzles... :( And not all of them ended up with the puzzle cat, Keet.)
